  • Can I pay for my order before my due date?

    Yes, you can. Simply login to your Tabby account using the mobile number used during your purchase, and then choose the order you would like to pay for.

  • What happens if I cancel the order in the middle of my tenure?

    If you cancel or return an order purchased on installments, we will initiate the refund as per our Return Policy. Once that's done, you can contact your bank to confirm how the installment scheme on your Credit Card has been modified, or for any queries on foreclosure.

  • How do I pay with instalments?

    Here’s how:
    1.    At the payment section, choose Pay by Card. 
    2.    Fill in your card details, and you will know if your card is eligible for the instalment programme or not. If your card details have already been saved, the instalment option will be shown as soon as you select it.
    3.    Select the tenure you prefer from the available options. 
    4.    Click on Pay Now.

    Please note, your card-issuing bank or payment partner has the discretion to approve or reject an order placed using  installments.

  • What is the instalment programme?

    Simple – just pay for any large order in easy installments. A number of banks allow you to pay for products on our site in installments when you use select cards.

    If your order and card are eligible for installments, you will be able to select the tenure you prefer during checkout.

  • Can you transfer the amount in My Credit balance to my bank account?

    No, we're sorry, we will not be able to transfer the amount to your bank account, or give you the same amount in cash.

    Your My Credit balance can only be used to shop one of our brands online.

    1. Credit Cards - Oman-issued or International Visa or MasterCard Credit Cards.

    2. OmanNet Debit Cards.

    3. Cash on Delivery.

    4. My Credit.

    5. Shukrans - All you need is a minimum balance of 200 Shukrans. Use the Shukran slider at Checkout to calculate your discount.

    Yes, the amount you see at checkout is inclusive of VAT, which means you won’t have to pay anything additional. Your delivery charge or Cash on Delivery charge, if any, will also include VAT.

  • Do you provide a choice of charities?

    No, you will only be able to make a donation to our charity partner. Their details will be prominently displayed for your reference as you pay.

  • What is a charity donation?

    This is a special feature that allows you to make a donation to our partner charities while placing your order. 

    Your charity donation will be made from the payment page - simply select the amount you want from the choices listed. It will be added to your total order value and then transferred to the charity oncec your order is placed. 

    Please note, the charity donation is completely voluntary and optional.

  • I paid for part of my order using My Credit balance or Return Voucher and the rest with my OmanNet Debit Card, and then cancelled the order before it was dispatched. How is my refund processed?

    We'll credit back the balance you spent to My Credit in your account. If you're a guest user, we'll issue a fresh Return Voucher for the same value as your existing Return Voucher, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

    The rest of your payment will be refunded to your OmanNet Debit Card.
